Which would be better for a beginner? Mastering the Art, or Encyclopedia?

Given the options, I would go with Mastering the art. I found Encyclopedia had been spaced out too much on four dvds, When it could of easily been on two or three.

If you are just looking for any dvd that teaches pickpocketing, then I would highly suggest James Freedman's Stealing the show dvd.

If you don't mind reading, then pick up Ricki Dunn's book. Best out there.
