Performing for the past 8 years, Daniel Garcia has quickly become a
household name in the "street magic" seen. Based out of Houston,
Texas Garcia has traveled from coast to coast lecturing and sharing
his original way of thinking with groups of fellow magicians eager to
learn what others are saying. Daniel's visual methods and
psychological reinforcements had the world famous MAGIC CASTLE call
his lecture, "One of the best lectures to come through in the past 25
years." Daniel started practicing magic at the age of 5 and quickly
became addicted to this great art. Coming from a "paycheck to
paycheck" family, Daniel was forced into developing his own methods
for effects that he wanted to accomplish due to the fact that he
could not afford new books and tapes to learn from. Although Daniel
had been lecturing for small groups since the age of 16, his big
break came at the age of 21 when he was introduced to Paul Harris.
Paul proposed to re-shoot an underground video tape called "TORN"
that Daniel produced, and was going to release it as the first "Paul
Harris Presents" DVD to hit the market. The TORN DVD was an instant
hit and is known to be "THE DVD" for piece by piece restorations.
Ever since then, his bold methods and off-the-wall way of thinking
has caught the eye of almost every major performer in our industry
today, which has Daniel Garcia developing new ideas and methods on a
day to day basis.
