Hi Guys:

http://www.hocus-pocus.com/magicshop/?hn=1

Description:

wedding is a love story about a king and a lady in which you manipulate the cards like puppets. This routine can be presented in table-hopping situations.

A deck of cards appears, the castle. Little by little the cards come to life. Your spectators enter into the dream. Worthy of particular attention is the remarkable horizontal double rising card effect which itself alone is worth the price of the DVD. It deserves close study.

As in most of his creations, Bruno Copin uses specially composed music to accompany the performance of this effect. You will be able to hear this performance on the DVD. Bruno adapts all the effects he creates with his favorite gimmick so that they can be performed close-up. In Bruno's opinion, the most important rule for creating a strong illusion is to be able to hand out the deck for examination BEFORE and AFTER the effect.

When this rule is respected, the spectator will remember, for a very long time, having witnessed a real moment of magic.

===========================================

Has anyone gotten this effect?

I was intrested in that as well. He seems to have come out with a few things that I'm intrested in.

This may be a good close-up or parlour or even stage routine but it certainly is not meant, despite the ad, for table hopping unless you want to carry around a portable CD player to play the included music or will do the IT routine without music.

Kjellstrom,

Thanks for the link. The effects look very nice but, as you know, doing effects using IT take agreat deal of practice, set up time, finese and expect a lot of breakage along the way.

IT is pretty easy. I have using IT since 1988. My magic friend Stefan Schützer ( http://www.magispecialisten.com ) gave me his brand new UFC (Ultimate Float Controller), after that moment I have been using IT effects with success. Its easier then you think. The thread is only breaking if you have a gross motor ability with body movements... Try IT !

Watched it last night. It looks good in Bruno's hands but it wasn't to my liking, the routine or the setup required. Technically you do it table-hopping but would you really carry a close-up mat around with you?
