Hi Fellow Magi,

I've just visited the H & R books site and saw a book entitled David Nixon by Chris Woodward. As David Nixon happens to be a particular magical hero of mine, I wonder if anyone has any details regarding it.

As there doesn't, unfortunately, seem to be exactly a wealth of information available on David Nixon's life can anyone tell me is the book a biography or simply a collection of tricks etc. associated with his various television series?

Chris' work is a small, softbound monograph (16 pages total) containing a bit of biographical information on Nixon. It may have been issued by Chris in connection with a lecture he gave and was limited to 120 copies. Hope this helps.
