For all of you who wondered why I had not been making my normal number of posts recently, both of you, I have been in scenic Germany.

I love travelling in Germany. I can get along fairly well in the language, and my wife understands enough German that she knows when I am about to try something that I shouldn't!

It is said that travel broadens one's perspectives, and it truly does. I will be reporting about the amazing time I had in Germany later in this column, so come back from time to time to see what went on during the past three weeks!
