Apparently Acco owns the Swingline brand. Looks like the same hole punch can be found under Swingline SWI74005.

Be aware though that searching that product number also brings up punches without the required ring. Here's a place that sells them more expensively and specifically states that the ring is there for hanging.

I actually found the right ones, and then when I ordered it it did not come with that metal loop which is crucial.
