Thats totally do-able however picking chewed up cards out of a pile of puke sounds kinda gross.
(Stand back, the sun’s gonna hurl!)
Actually that could make a pretty cool effect and I’m sure these guys here could PM you several different methods. You’ll be pukin up the pasteboards in no time.

Swallow the deck, then have a spec name a card and you puke their selection.
Might get old after 5 or 6 tries, tho, and then you are left with a bad case....

Perhaps you keep a memorized deck somewhere in your nasal cavity, swallow the deck with the selections and just pretend to regurgitate the cards, but really just riffle throught the deck with your tongue and bring out the right cards, then use some sort of nail writer to forge any signatures on the cards which no one will want to examine anyway.

Meir Yedid did have, in his European lecture notes, an effect in which you bit off part of the pack and did end up with a selected, signed card in your mouth, and the deck permenantly modified with a huge bite mark "missing" off the side of the deck.
It's parentage showed lineage to Paul Harris' Solid Deception. Maybe you can look into it...

The name escapes me- but there was a guy who did the mouth production (sans vomit) and a few other things- but he finished by a rather graphic production of cards after dropping trou-
