My brother John has written a couple books on Dollar Bill Origami (one of which I edited) that might be fun to try out. It was he who introduced me to my first real magic book, Harry Lorayne's "Close-Up Card Magic" in the 70's.

Does he have a single bill flapping bird in his books? I swear that 30 years ago I had a book that had that. I used to make them. I made the mistake of lending the book to a friend and never saw it again.
Thanks,
Sam

Are the books currently available? Do you have a listing of the figures which can be made from a dollar bill?

Ted -
Both books, "Dollar Bill Animals In Origami" (2000) and "Dollar Bill Origami" (2003) are still in print and are often available at Borders or Barnes & Noble or online through Amazon. They are published by Dover.
Sam - I don't see a flapping bird in his books so it might've been another dollar bill origami book. Also, the earlier of the two, "Dollar Bill Animals In Origami" only came out in 2000.
