I have a tablet wich was taken of a toy.It was in a pretty plastic shell.
I don't need the plastic shell so I had to take the tablet off.
Now, I want to seal the back of the tablet so that it looks less awful when it is seen from that side.
I thought of some plastic material wich could be heated and then take the form of the back of my tablet.
Does anyone know what type of material should I look for?
Hope to have been clear?!?? Smile

One of the easyest plastics to work with is ABS
Use epoxy or "Plastic" superglue (CA)

hope this helps

ABS stands for...
What is the look of this type of plastic?
I saw a box of toys (of my children) and inside there is a white plastic molded to accomodate the toys.
Could this be used ?
Thanks for your reply.

ABS=acetyl butyl styrene
CA= cyanoacrylate adhesive

I think spelling is correct.
lookin the phone book under
"Plastic suppliers"
ABS is a "Thermo-plastic" it is very easy to work with even using hand tools.
you may also want to look at the local building supply for a piece of "plexi-glass"
This is also pretty easy to work with.
