Well, I mean something you can do without the deck. Like if you were just holding one card in your hand you could do the card spin, and what else?

You could do vanishes whether those are flourishes Im not sure but throwing cards or you could kind of animate it.. let it slide down your arm etc...

Why not be the first person to develop the one handed card roll? Seriously front and back palming is good. If you are not entirely opposed to gimmicks try the Hummer Whirlaway Card. If you are just trying to show skill and don't mind doing something that is generally kept secret you could do openly a very fast four way card fold, speed would be the key to entertaining with it. Hold the deck in the oposite hand and do a top change.

Have a look at Card College by Giobbi vol 1, whole chapter dedicated to card flourishes with one card.

Vanishes and productions are an obvious answer, boomerang card is just a one card flourish. Just be creative

Split fans. Not exactly using the whole deck, but definatly way more than just one card. Interlock productions are kinda flourishy.
