I've seen some of the cuts this guy can do and I would like to see more. Does he have a web site?
ps I would like to hear your thoughts on these type of cuts, and if you do any. |

Caps used to be a semi-regular on here a year or so ago. He released a DVD of his material as well. He had some fantastic stuff. I wonder whatever happened to him myself.

Do a search in the Flourish Section.... he and his products have been discussed extensively there.

He used to have a website under http://www.capcasino.com I believe, but that does not work anymore. I myself purchased his dvd long ago and learned all of the cuts on it. As for actually performing these cuts in public, I NEVER DO. I think the cuts are fun to "play" with in private, but have no use in the realm of magic. The reason I believe this is because these kinds of "feats" are just showing off to the audience, and they have no substance or reason behind them. These types of cuts are more like juggling than magic, and it is my OPINION that they do not belong in magic. More power to you if you do use them...I just think they're unneccesary.

Yes, it is a promotional photograph. It is not a photograph of me doing a magic performance.

I think its magic and love watching it. Its magic to me because it looks impossible. I know what your saying it's just a demonsration of skill. However, If you excluded demonstrations of skill from card magic we would have to exclude many card tricks don't you think?
If there is a single truth about Magic, it is that nothing on earth so efficiently evades it.

Oh no...not this floursih/magic debate again....I'll stay with the original topic:
Capaso is doing well, he came down to my place last week for a jam session. His two new releases are Back to Basics 1 and 2. They are available at expertmagic.com, and you can also watch a demo there. be well, JW |

Hey Flourishman,
I've had offers, but turned them down. With work and school both full time, I don't have much time for fighting anymore. I'l be sure to let you know though! be well, JW |

Cap Casino has speed in all he does. His videos are in http://www.expertmagic.com He is a good teacher as the reviews say however the production quality of the video had bad says. I also read in the Dan & Dave forums, the Buck Twins, that the Cap Cut is an evolution of one of the Buck Twins cut.
