I'm not an extreme card guy, but when it serves a purpose, I may use one or two. For stand up routine that I am doing, I am currently doing Capaso Casino's "Capcut." It works well for me in a standup situation because it can be seen from a good distance. Does anyone else know of any good display cuts that are more verticle than horizontal (i.e. can be seen clearly from a distance)? Can you also include source?

Thanks.

A very interesting issue for many performing dynamics, Guy Hollingworth had a nice discussion of this in regards to his waving the aces approach, which made the classic twisting the aces much more vertical and visual, thus able to be understood by a larger group, less a close-up effect and more a parlor one. Sometimes things go to the raw issue of can the crowd see and hear you properly?

Of that mysterious instrument, the soul,
And play the prelude of our fate."
- Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
