EFFECT: You take a dollar out of your wallet and lay it down or hand it to a spectator to hold. You show both your hands front and back and then the bill front and back and then lay it down. You slowly begin moving your hands (several inches above the bill) back and forth as the bill begins to move to and fro, forward then backward then spinning around. Finally you pick the bill up, show it front and back, show both your hands front and back and replace it in your wallet. No magnetic rings, no loops, threads or wires, no thumb tips.
