I posted a question here a couple days ago, regarding PM e mail notifications, and now it's gone. Any clues?

Me too. I answered your request and then it was gone. In any case, go to your preferences and make sure the line that says notify me when PM's are received is checked to yes. That should resolve your issue.

It is clicked on. Before the crash I would get a notice every single time I got a PM. Now, I get one for maybe one out of every 50 or so I recieve.

I'll try the other course of action.

What is the "from" e mail the Café sends from, so I can try to white list it?

It should be stevebrooks@themagiccafe.com, but that won't help you if you're using AOL. AOL blocks it before it gets that far.

Ok, thanks. How odd- Is there a list of E mail services that the Café doesn't allow? Are Yahoo or G Mail addresses ok? Just want to switch to something I can receive me notices.

For what it's worth, I contacted AOL support and complained about the problem, and vouched for the the forum. Of course, we know what that is likely to accomplish.
