Why are you submitting by email? Perhaps you are worrying about the wrong thing?

Mindpro, maybe you right, perhaps I am worrying about the wrong thing.
do you suggest not to contact agency by email?

just to clear myself,
I was referring in generally when you want to present yourself, personally or via internet to an agency or any other organization, is it appropriate to leave them your CV?

It's less personal and will simply be lumped in with the pack. Most agencies get tons of these emails each day. Just a consideration, but to stand out email is not the way to go. The other thing better than just receiving something from someone is when you are wanting, expecting or anticipating something. This you have to create.

If you just send out a bunch of email messages you might never get any response at all. I usually make my first contact by phone just to see if this is an agency I can work with. After I have made my first contact I usually follow it up with my web address, references, or whatever else the agent and I agreed to on the phone.
