There is another video on YouTube that has been mentioned a couple of time in the Stage Magic area. It is an optical illusion effect called Illusion Rings.
It is simple all you need to do is make the figure eight circles and lean to not move your hands or arms. The fingers only manipulate the eights. The other person is also from Asia, so I would think you have to look that area of the world. Maybe there is a juggling forum on the Internet, that would be a better place to search for a resource.
