I have one DVD on IT/IET and it isn't a good one.
Basically shows you the secret without showing you how to do it well.

Any tips on the best resource?
Would like emphasis on Technique as opposed to gadgets.
Was leaning towards Fearson Master Lev System but didn't know how much technique is on the videos.
