This actually seems really neat, I'm going to make one and play with it. Who know's with a bit of tweaking and playing around this could become a cool effect. Thanks for sharing.

I'm wondering if you could use Two sticks and hide them under your sleeves? Would it maintain its static charge? You could just use your hands and float a small "ring". What a throw off for other floating ring effects.
Any one tried it? |
