I have never performed the linking rings routine, but would like to learn a good routine with small rings for close-up use. I have done a bit of research and seen Shoot Ogawa rings, and also seen Ninja Plus advertised, both of which seem quite good. But before I commit myself, I would like the views of the experts as to what and where are the best rings to purchase.

If you can find them, the best rings for Ninja Ring Routine are the rings Shoot sells. They are called Ninja Rings.

Hi Barry,
I have Shoot's rings and I LOVE them! They are very well made and have a nice finish. They sound nice too when they clink. I'm working on Shoot's routine myself, and that is a lot of fun as well. He has videos to teach it and I think they're pretty well done. He also does workshops every now and then, and those are VERY helpful! He's a good teacher.

Does anyone know where I can get some of these Ninja Rings? All the stores I have checked seem to have them on back order.

PB here... yes... but it may be a year as we are currently busy getting a house organized and ready to sell, and temodeling the house we are heading for... But, a lot is done on the research and just organizing and doing the graphics and layouts to do.

In the meantime, Shoot's Rings are worth searching/waiting for. Also Martin Lewis sells the Macabee Rings. A shorter but effective routine. Even the cheap 4-5 inch rings are good if you find Ed Marlo's routine.

It's my pleasure, I also ordered one goldset yesterday after a very nice seminar " http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/viewt......orum=4&1 "with Shoot Ogawa himself, the master of Ninja Rings.

He also have a new version NINJA RING DVD for sale on his own website:

If you can't find the ninja rings in stock get the cheap rings and use them in the meanwhile. when the ninja's come back then get those.

I used a particular brand of the cheap rings for more than a year and they were more than fine. those are the ones I carry. $10. Big deal.

you can also buy the ninjas and just be on the back-order list. no big deal there either.
