I bought a sorcery ITR super micro, and need it repaired

Some have said that they carry a lifetime guarantee with the ITR's but have emailed sorcery , and contacted the owner here, to no reply- any advice?

I have returned 2 or 3 ITRs for repair and have never had a problem. I have called the Sorcery, James George has answered the phone personally, and has always been very helpful. Try to contact them again.
