I have a gaff card that consists of pips and numbers scrambled all over the face. I stack it over a 10H and 4C, which I show using DLs. I then take the kid's spinner, place it on the deck and spin it. I then reveal the scrambled card saying, "This is what that thing will do to your brain eventually" or whatever seems appropriate to the moment.
