... against my former employer! They are in bankruptcy proceedings and the Top 3 are facing jail time. Most of the others on the contract are suing as well. I'm suing for unpaid vacation hours and 2 holidays pay. I had just over 92 hours of accumulated vacation time and had 2 holidays saved when they went under.

I received written/email notice from ECR noticing (NOTICE OF CHAPTER 11 BANKRUPTCY CASE [Docket No. 63]) and was able to file online. I don't expect them to have any money left by the time they get to us, but if they do pay I'll get $4,066.71
I still recall the day I met Beaker from the Muppets. He said to me "Meep, meep, mee mee mee Meep!", and that has made all the difference.
