I found a reference to the Rosenthal Click pass in Apocalypse somewhere, but I cannot remember where, exactly. It's in an Afterthoughts (perhaps) or mentioned in a trick description using the move.

The first time I saw it, though, was on Sankeytised II when Jay explained 'Mexican Jumping Coins', which uses the move.

As mentioned above, it is also in Williamson's Wonders, in a trick called (I think) When you're behind you're ahead (or similar).
