Another minor bug on the 6 plus, as soon as you click send on the text it goes into the fake lock mode even before the text has finished sending.

Hi Mark. I tried to replicate your bug on two different iPhone 6+ handsets but couldn't and the app worked fine. Strange!

I wanted my first post on the forum to be a bit more substantial - but I've only got a minute or two at the moment and had a quick question regarding Magic SMS 2:
Does anyone know if this still works with iOS 7? Angelo mentioned a page back that a requirement for iOS 8 crept into the mix that he was trying to get removed. Thanks in advance for a response and I look forward to contributing to this excellent forum. Drew

Well I just tried to download the app and it appears that the iOS 8 requirement is still in effect.
Any ideas when that might be removed Angelo? Drew

Drew Magic SMS 2 does work with iOS 7 fine however Apple have put a restriction to iOS 8 only. However my developer knows how to remove this restriction and it will be implemented in the next update.

Downloaded this today - had to upgrade to iOS8 to do so, but I guess it was time I did that anyway.
Excellent app. Love how it works. Would be nice in future versions if the content of the random text messages could also be edited. As a stiffly-upper-lipped Englishman, some of the phrasing just wouldn't be me! Many thanks and keep up the good work! Jay |

I'm experiencing a bizarre issue with this app on my iPhone 6 whereby the fake homescreen photo has the word "TEST" on it, regardless of which photo I upload. That word keeps getting added into the image by the app and I obviously cannot use the app while this is happening. Anybody else experiencing this or know how to fix it?

Hi guys!
Jay this may be an option in the future. Rowland the update is finished other than getting new text translated in each of the different languages. Shikina the TEST warning is there to remind you that your SMS timer is set to 5 seconds which is not suitable for performance mode. It has nothing to do with the wallpaper. Simply go into the app's settings and change the SMS timer to 30 seconds or longer. 😊

I finally decided to update my iOS and have now purchased Magic SMS 2.
It's a fantastic app and Angelo should be proud of his work! I knew that the first hurdle I'd have to overcome is developing a presentation that allowed me to take the credit for the occurrence (I don't mean to come across as egotistical, but I've never been fond of the "I know this amazing Psychic! Let me show you how good he/she is!" set-up)--Angelo offers several presentation angles in the instructions so that is a good starting point if you're needing some inspiration along these lines. I've had a pretty clear routine in mind for several weeks now and I'm pleased to say that the first few performances have been extremely well received. This is a great bit of thinking and will feature in my impromptu set for some time to come I'm sure. Well done Angelo! Best, Drew

I should have mentioned in the above post: if anyone is interested, I'd be happy to share the basic presentation that I'm using for this. Just shoot me a PM and include the FIRST word of the SECOND sentence under the "Welcome" section in the "Full Instructions".
My presentation could play even from stage as it involves the entire audience (or as many people as you'd like); it allows YOU AND THE PARTICIPANT to remain in the spotlight; and allows for a kicker ending that increases your perceived "powers" while simultaneously negating the idea that technology is "the solution." Thanks for pointing me in that direction! I don't frequent Facebook much but I got on to take a look at the SMS 2.0 group - there's a TON of information there! I'll PM you with the presentation that I've been using, and as you seem to feature predominately on the Facebook group you'll probably know (before I've had a chance to go through all of the posts there) if my take on SMS 2 has anything new go for it.
