I see that the "Original Rocky Racoon" is very difficult to find, and the price seems a bit high. Does anyone have any experience with the replacement "Robbie Racoon" or any other replacements for Rocky, and how do you like them?

I never had a Rocky Raccoon, but I do have the Robbie Raccoon. I have had a little over 7 years now. I never used it regularly and I don't really use it anymore. So take my thoughts on it with a grain of salt. Given my use, it has held up quite well. The one I have is made with Rabbit fur, so, it does require the same maintenance that any fur would, or you will end up with a bald Robbie. At the very least, if you are just trying it out and trying to determine if it has a place in your act, I don't think you can go wrong with him.
