Have you seen this? It is Metamorphosis or Subsitution Trunk in a new form and extremely fast. Loved it.

Copperfield did a Metamorphosis type bed exchange of an old woman to Valerie Bertinelli on his first special. Here is the only link I can find. You can see the Bed being struck--but not the actual exchange. The old woman jumped up on the bed holding up the blanket which quickly went up and then down to reveal the actress.
