Im looking for a place to get a small piece of foam sponge rubber like 1 to 1 1/2 inch think 24 in x 30 in or slighly larger I searched the big auction but all I could find was large sheets..dont need that much..

Do you have a Hancock Fabrics, or similar near you? You should also check a WalMart that has a fabric/craft department (some do, some don't).

I just purchased foam rubber almost exactly what you mentioned at Wal-mart for less than $4.00. I found it in the sewing department.
