I would like to build a combination woodworking shop and magic/train room. I would like to make it two-story with a footprint of about about 17x22 feet, and with the shop on the bottom and the magic/train room above with access via an outside stairway.
Has anyone run across either plans or photos of something similar that you could share with me or point me to?
Things are more like they are today than they've ever been before...

That's why one will be upstairs with an outside entrance and the other downstairs.
Some of the finest folks in the magic business are train goobs - Hank Lee, Bill Schmeelk, Peter White, etc. BTW, I also have Erector sets...
