Dan Hauss and José Prager both have methods which could achieve the effect (i prefer Prager's method) which does not use any of the things you mention..

There are more Things you can Do.

There is norhing similar to the 2 other Methods mentioned.

Seems like an effect that could be accomplished by any one of a number of devious means by the seasoned professional. I'm not sure I can understand what would make a one-off product like this worth purchasing.

Ps: I did invent something similar but still different - I often have fun with...it was called "Polter"

Given that any deck I stand on its end is about 3 seconds from falling over anyway, I'm not sure how impressive this will be to an audience.

The time delay is 30 -40 seconds

A very good point. To be in control of the moment it falls could be neat but otherwise...

Interested for my Haunted Box routine, especially when the case /could/ be borrowed (not that I'd do it)...
