I think I just used more expletives than I have all month...

How in the world can you palm...atleast I would assume he palmed and switched out the balls...

But that just isn't possible, with how he did 2 in a row.

And the later part, that's what I call a color good color change...

...and I'm just going to pretend that the last part didn't happen to save my brain.

I REALLY don't want to know how that is done. =P

It fooled the heck out of me the first couple times I watched it. But I think I figured it out.

To see a little "hint" you can freeze it at 3:08.. Then compare that to frame 3:14. That's just one part though. It looks awesome.

I had to watch it because the title of this post is "Pool magic" and those are my two main hobbies.

Thanks for posting it.

Hi Everybody,

It looks good...
But only magicians bamboozle magicians with such tricks like this...
This is the death of the real magic ...
Sorry...

As a magician and billiard player, that has got to be one of the most amazing things I've ever seen.

After closer inspection as Ron Suggest, I realize what is happening and while it may not be great live, HOLY COW THAT IS A NICE EFFECT.

I think I knew something was up when the spectators didn't apparently see his dirty palms, but the last two changes had me feeling like a layman and repeating "there is no way that is possible" over in my head.

Truly, truly magical.

I think that is Peter Marvey.

Although it is not practical and it sets the bar higher for the guys in the trenches like us...that video right there has some darn good magic.

I especially liked the ball-collision colour changes, very nice.

The ending really fooled me. Big time!

I like his 'Copperfield' type sweater, I half expected him to fly off at the end.

Take care,

Logan

I also love billiards and this effect is great, but once he took the shot then I figured out how this is done. Only Magicians knows the name of this effect and those who do not know here is a clue “It’s a seven letter word starting with “G”

I did that quarter and glass thing last night. It took a few tries but it's not all that hard to do. It's a matter of where you put the quater on the rail and how hard you hit it.

Pretty cool.

Well after watching Peter Marvey the answer is quite simple, he's signed a deal with the devil...no really!
