One suggestion is to slow it down just a little.

An easy way to slow down your production is to talk through the effect. By talking you will naturally slow down to the speed that you speak.

Thanks for the suggestion. The digital camera that I used for the recording isn't the better ones, I did talk a little bit in some other clips, but there seems to be a discrepancy between the motion and the voice, so I guess I'll just do a silent performance instead.
