Hi all , need your help , it's a bicycle deck with 17 cards held together by a string of some sort . The rest of the deck is normal but I don't know this effect or what this deck is called , if anyone can shed done light please do

The ( string ) is like invisible string and there is tiny hole through the cards to string em all together , sorry not much info can't seem to post picture of this deck , I have it about two years and can't not find it anywhere else for info ,
The rest of the deck is just normal bicycle deck
