I have been sorting and cataloging all my magic, books and props. I ran across this item and I have no idea what it is. Here it is all in jumbo cards:
2 red back/blank face bicycle cards
1 KD/blank face
1 8D/indifferent back
1 AD/miniature 52 cards on face
The AD had double stick tape on it and the 8D was stuck to the face of it AND they were in an evelope stamped "prediction"

It is very possible I bought this in London in the early 80s. I'm not asking HOW to do it. I just want to know if anyone out there knows what this trick is called and, possibly, who made it. I guess it is possible that the AD/8D stands alone and I actually have to effects here.

Anybody got any ideas?
