Take all of the packet tricks you have and make up one deck with them. I only use two packet tricks and I do keep them in separate wallets because the wallets are justified in my routines.

In all the years I've been doing strolling magic I've never been questioned on it. I just say "some tricks are done with a full deck, others use just a few, let me show you this one, it uses just 4 cards and they're all jokers" (or whatever packet trick you're using at the time)
