I know some flash paper imported from Germany burn very fast,anyone have experience with it ? Thanks

I saw some flash paper in a magic shop I went to a long time ago that was colored red, it looked almost like wrapping paper. This magic shop since closed its doors. I was interested in getting some, has anyone else ever heard of this and do they still make it?
