as for your weight lose- keep going never give up. remember this it takes 45 days for your brain to accept the changes and begin to work with you and it takes about 5-6 months before your body will accept the new weight and begin to work at helping you keep it off. this is why so many have what they call the Yo YO syndrome. where they lose the weight and gain it back.. losing is actually the easy part- its the keeping it off that's the hard part.

Thanks Sam! My wife lost over 100 pounds via Weight Watchers, she is now a lifetime free member. It can be personally embarrassing preparing for a magic show and finding out I can no longer fit into my already large performance vests. I went to my doctor about a month ago, he got me going, he pointed out I was up 50 pounds per his office records over the last decade. It seems like a lot of older magicians tend to be overweight perhaps due to magic not being a very physical hobby?, who knows. I already like the just started http://www.FirstPlace4Health.com program as it ties you into a number of healthy spiritual disciplines, not just weight loss.

Sam- I really like your flashy stage suits from the 2012 FCM convention- would not want to grow out of them for sure!

LOl yea I actually did gain some weight a while back and could not fit in one of my suits! that was my cue to get back in shape!
you say magic not being very physical and I had a chuckle as for me it involves loading and unloading 2 tons of equipment and setting up a show that takes 6 hours! not all my shows are like that but still lots of equipment to move.

once I start my tour I will be doing a minimum 2 shows a day 5 -6 days a week! for 9 months! that will be quite the work out.

that's awesome about your wife losing the weight. it is such a great feeling when you get rid of those extra pounds!

After having five years or more to reflect and do research, I am convinced you guys are right. I have come to believe not ALL off-worlders are evil. I mistakenly labeled the whole bunch The Watchers. An easy assumption to make! Really, the bottom line and purpose is: How We Treat Each Other! Yeshua (Jesus) said so many times! He SHOWED us how to treat each other! And we KILLED Him! He won anyway! There! Nothing can change that. We are not told all. Whatever is flying those craft apparently is none of our business. And (I assume) has nothing to do with our religions...

I had to go back and read the other posts in this thread and I still don't know where to begin. You should not mix the Bible with your beliefs about UFOs, because others may choose to reject the Bible on account of your other beliefs.
