Greetings
I have just joined, just received my mailed package and now want to activate my account. Error message says not a valid ID number When I go to the IBM site and try to "Contact us" - error message keeps saying "Turn on cookies" Arg!!!! They are turned on. PM me with any suggestions. Thanks Rik |

You could try using a different browser. Or try calling 636-724-2400.

Well - I called the number last week, they said they would look into it, but I have not heard back.
And they do not seem to have an email address that works. Oh well Rik |

Rik, please remember that the I.B.M. is a volunteer-driven organization with only a couple of paid staff members to handle day-to-day business. They direct requests to the individual volunteers who keep the organization running. These volunteers all have busy careers and personal lives outside of the I.B.M.. Right now with corporate and personal tax deadlines looming, they are probably all very busy. I know I am.
It sometimes takes me a week or two to get a response to an inquiry, but I always get a reponse. You will, too, I'm sure. After the 15th passes, I'll pesonally reach out and see if I can nudge things for you. Sorry for your difficulties. Skip

As with all things, all it took was contacting the right people.
