Hey, I just rejoined the IBM after several years.
About what time of the month does the new issue of The Linking Ring usually come out?
Thanks!

I got mine in Friday's mail, (Dec. 8).
By the way, Mark. That's my first issue and I'm in it, thanks to your sponsorship. Again, much appreciated!

From what my letter said, it looks like the next issue is going to be my first.
Any suggestions for good ways to get back issues to fill in a little of the gap?

There are several ways I would suggest to fill in the gaps.
First you could contact the IBM. They do have back issues for sale and could help you.
Next, you could check Ebay. Sometimes, you can find them for sale there.
Finally, post a request for what you're missing. It could be that someone is "retiring" from magic and wants to find a new home for their collection.
Good luck with your search. Mark.

The Linking Ring is released to the membership the first week of the published month. Sometimes the postal offices make it a challenge for it being delivered on time. If you feel that a reason amount of time has passed, and you still do not have the current issue, please contact headquarters and ask.

Thanks, yomo!
I actually got my first issue, with my name in the reinstatements, earlier this week.
It's good to be back!
