I've got several books that cover bar bets. My favorite book by far is "100 Ways to Win a Ten-spot": http://www.amazon.com/100-Ways-Win-Ten-S......6526423/

Even better than books though are the numerous free videos on youtube that walk you through how to pull off bar bets. Here are two youtube channels that I recommend you check out:

Magic, Inc. in Chicago just published Simon Lovell's new book called "Betcha! How to win free drinks for life." It's 169 pages.

It got a nice review from Eric Mead on the October 2014 issue of Genii. Considering that Mead has amassed an incredible amount of bar bets over the years, it is impressive to hear that he found at least a dozen in this book that he had not seen before.
