Thanks

I could do that but I want recommendations of ONLY the absolute best. There is a lot of stuff out there that's not helpful or too concise.
Thanks,

Dear Chrusa,

Use the search feature (... there's an echo in this room! lol).

But the words: "Best DVDs on pickpocketing" "best books oon pickpocketing", etc. This shoul dhelp narrow your search.

Then, if you still have questions, post them and you will receive very helpful (and fresh) answers which you can then compare to the info you gleaned from previous threads to make you own best decisions.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.

Hey Chris,

Sorry for the cold response, most of the people in this part of the Café are a little protective about the information about pickpocketing.

And Rightfully so, there is a limited number of books on the subject, as well as videos. Also the guys who are in the pickpocket forum practice alot, so when a new name comes in asking for 'the best of pickpocketing' it comes across as someone who is just wanting to fast track.

Blood sweat and tears in this section my boy.

You have to show you have put some time in before most will chime in.

But like the two before me, if you look through the pickpocket thread, (it isn't that large) you will find some good starting material.

If you know pickpocketing, you might know of a familiar pickpocket that was famous magician of the month on the Café.

Won't give his name, but it shouldn't be too hard.

Hope to see you on the forum with your own input into this unique entertainment.

Until then,

Ok... come on James, let's not make Chris "bleed, sweat, and cry" too much (lol)...

the featured guest of the month (and expert Pickpocket entertainer) was none other than "Apollo Robbins".

To read the pickpocketing related posts that took place during Apollo's recent isit to the Café go to the Café's archive section at:

Hope this helps to set you onto the right path.

Let's make it even easier for Chris and others on the Café to find Apollo's thread...

Click on: http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/viewf......=253&183

This should take you to some very interesting and informative discussions.

Hope this helps.

Check out Apollo's (along with others) style on places like youtube, etc. to see how he performs and get a feel for the different possibilities out there. There's a lot of variety.
