I have an older Axtell bird vent puppet(the Buzzard). I got him out of the box the other day and he is molting very bad.

Has anyone had to re-feather their bird. If you have, can you share any tips on the process?

If the latex face still good, you can send it back to Steve Axtell, to get new body for reasonable price.

Or do it yourself, but you should have that furry material on hand. Maybe you can find it at craft store or buy it from Steve also.

That's unusual...The feathers are held in by sewing and hot glue. Perhaps it over-heated? You can glue in new feathers and if you need some, we can send you some.
