Over the last few months, my nearly normal mother in law, has been making me vest.

Currently she is working on a Valentines Vest.
Earlier this week, she called and said to bring Nigel over. She has some extra material and plans on making one for my number one puppet.

Does anyone have any ideas on using a vest or other puppet clothing in a magic effect?

Mom Ruth has agreed to make a second vest, this time a (American) July 4th Themed Color.
