I like the old days when you would receive printed on paper instructions. Those days are all but gone.

The problem is, you do not always receive the required information to get online to retrieve those instructions.

They really need to get it together and make sure that every item has what you need to get the online instructions.

Having the disappointment, delay, and frustration of having to contact your point of purchase to request them stinks!

The same with videos. you often get a streaming option which is very anoying. It already happened that the website went offline and then you have no copy of it. I already learned that and from now I always try to copy it to my pc.
