AS long as it's not a similiar device to the "tarantula" I don't think anyone has a problem with it. Why should they? What's the issue?
"Melting Point"... one is a coin trick and the other is a rubber band trick. I don't think any confusion can come of it. No one owns the trademark on the name, and no one can claim exclusive rights to the name.
