There are a lot of books that claim that you can read people´s motivations, personality and so on by looking at the wrinkles in the face. While this probably has some amount of truth in it (a happy person of course gets laughing-wrinkles) I wonder how useful and correct it is? I have noticed (you won´t believe this ) a special wrinkle that drug using women, or women who have had very troblesome lives, use to have.

I don't doubt it...
Prominent wrinkles are indicators of frequently expressed emotions. If you knew what kind of emotion is likely produce a particular wrinkle (or set of wrinkles), then you know the most frequent mood(s) of your subject. I'm not sure how deep you can go with this though... And of course, nowadays with the advent of plastic surgery, facelifts and botox injections, some wrinkles that should be on people's faces may no longer be there.
