I just obtained a copy of this book. Does anyone know what cards were included with this tome?

By Wild Card Kit, I am assuming that you are referring to the L & L publication by Jon Racherbaumer.
That book came with a standard set of wild card consisting of 5 regular cards and 4 double facers.
