Hey, just for sake of conversation, what is your favorite instructional dove video?.. Or are you more of a book person?

My favorites are:
Tony Clark's "Unmasked" and "Behind the seams" Gen Grant's "How to make a living Stealing..Doves of course" Amos Levkovitch's " Just do it" and "Dove Tails" Shimada "Doves" Each has something special. There are many vid's out there and all are good. These are the ones that have helped me the most.

Interesting Dan that you would use a book, although I learned from the encyclopedia also. Dave I've seen Shimada's and in my opinion it's one of the best out there.

You know, I remember that Peter of PA silks told me of his dove video...Though I never did order it, it was quite expensive, so I'd imagine that the info provided is pretty good...

Peter has a series of videos on both doves and silks. He has a lot of information on them but I don't think they are in a class with those already mentioned.

Peter's videos are very informative and do have some really cool secrets I wouldn't want availabel to just any dude who came a long and wanted to get into doves. So you're kind of paying for some secrets I guess...they're like TC's Behind the Seams video before TC came out with it. But the quality of video is low and seemed choppy.

I think you really have to know Peter as some of us do to appreciate the videos. Dan's right, the quality is low but there are some good ideas and methods on them. They're not for the average person.

Andy Amyx (Doves 101) is also good but I agree that Tony Clark and Shimada are great.
