You can find answers on this previous thread:

Also, I own a Dissecto Arm Chopper, and will not be chopping any arms in front of kids. The sponge ball I have fills the hole nicely, and I can pretend to be chopping off a number of smaller sponge balls, really doing a repeat production.

Micahel Finney has a great Sponge Ball routine with a Giant Sponge Ball. It's avaliable on his DVD set as well as on the "World's Greatest Magic" Sponge Ball DVD.

I always put the wrist chopper into my kid show right after the bullet catch. Sometimes I do Smash and Stab before the wrist chopper.

I'm just kidding! I don't do kid shows. Ever.

Earplugs. http://www.penguinmagic.com/product.php?ID=170 I have been doing sponges for years. I noticed several dvds and books that teach unnecessary moves. But Jay's fit in perfectly. I noticed the dvd for sell a few years ago. Some how it did not interest me. I brought it a few days at a convention. I regreted I did purchase it earlier.

There is also a routine in the Sponge Ball Book that was published by Ireland's. It is still in print through Magic, Inc.
