hi, surprised that i did not see any mention of doc eason's bar magic here...
remember reading somewhere that highly recommends this series.... what do you guys think? how does this compare to Ammar's ETMCM series? (i mean besides card vs general magic issues) thanks eric

I loved this series. you see a magician in his real environment. get them.
maybe I am biased but I love Eason's dynamic style. so for me it is not only the effects themselves but how he presents them and deals with the audience - I learned a lot from him. |

Doc Eason's Bar Magic series are very very good. I learned a lot of from it and became a better Bar Entertainer because of those series. I highly recomend them if you want to try Bar Magic.

I have volumes 1 & 3 and would highly recommend Vol 3 if you were just going to buy one. There are so many usuable effects on it. Volume 1 didn't excite me quite as much!

The videos/DVD's are horrible. I learned and used the material and starting getting gigs and making money. Please stay aways from them.
OK, they are some of the fienst out there. Doc tips the real work and they are WORKERS!!!

If you can buy only one vide, get the one with the Happy Birthday trick and the anniversary waltz. Two of the strongest tricks I have seen in 20 years.

Very good tapes. a lot of stuff you can put in your repertoire. Vol3 is the best of the serie.

I liked them so much I replaced my VHS with a set of DVDs! Don't be too impressed, though. I was able to off-load the VHS tapes in about an hour. Yes, they're that good!

Doc Eason is lecturing in the Boston area in November. I am looking forward to seeming him. Hopefully I can pick up his DVDs there.

I haven't read what anybody else on here has said but I can tell you that these are GREAT!!!!!!!!
I've "Fried" pencilneck geeks left 'n right with the stuff on here!!! There's at LEAST a couple effects on each tape that you'll add to your act and do forever!! (Doc...you can send my $$ now!!....just kidding!!! They really ARE excelent!!!!!) |
