Just wanted to give a brief review of Jay Sankey's New "The Real Work on Restaurants and Bars". This DVD like all of the Jay Sankey DVD range, is one of quality, from production to the tricks performed inside. Not only does the DVD teach you tricks, but also many imporant techniques and concepts for tackling performing in restaurants and bars in real life, including how to market yourself for either of the two. The tricks contained are excellent, and the Blackpool Effect is sure to blow you all away.
